Highway 180 lamp with explosion protection is designed to illuminate the objects with the level of explosion protection that does not exceed ExnRIIT6. Power consumption form the 220 V AC network is 180W. These lamps are important in places where energy saving and high reliability are required. Level of explosion protection is ExnRIIT6.

There is no stroboscopic effect, the light intensity does not vary over the entire range of supply voltages. Up time is less than 1 sec. Highway 180 are made on the basis of NICHIA LEDs. The LEDs have the light output of 120 lm/W. To increase the reliability the lamp is divided into electrically independent parts and has independent temperature control system. LED drivers have a patented electronic protection against over-voltage up to 800 volts.

Housing is made of aluminum profile, glass is made of shockproof polycarbonate. The lamp is mounted on any console, with the diameter of pipe of 65 mm. Mounting on cable, ceiling and for installation in suspended ceilings are available. Also lamps can be equipped with light sensor. These sensors provide automatic on / off of the lamp during sunset / sunrise. The function of the light sensor is especially important for individuals, as well as power lines, where there is no line for lighting.
